Tyler Technologies Acquires Radio 10-33
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of audio and digital two-way radio
communications technology and related assets from Radio 10-33, LLC. Tyler expects to
deploy the acquired assets in future applications for recording E-911 transmissions.
Radio 10-33 is headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota; however, because the purchase is
focused on technology acquisition, it will not add an office site to Tyler locations.
Radio 10-33 technology will be integrated into Tyler's operations as quickly as possible and
will be rebranded as a Tyler solution with the Public Safety Division. By adding Radio 10-33
functionality, Tyler will be able to provide enhanced capabilities for command centers, fire and
EMS agencies for monitoring the regions they serve. The recordings can be used by mobile
units and dispatch centers for instant incident playback, and can be saved as MP3 or MP4
video files with metadata.
An official press release detailing the acquisition can be viewed on our investors page.
