Jedlicki, Inc. $332,359.00 $184,434.00 $516,793.00 Minnesota Native Landscapes $358,955.50 $214,030.00 $572,985.50 Rachel Contracting, Inc. $373,782.49 $207,099.31 $580,881.80 New Look Contracting, Inc. $407,891.25 $223,647.50 $631,538.75 Fitzgerald Excavating & Trucking, Inc. $396,711.75 $267,915.00 $664,626.75 Veit $485,606.25 $214,119.50 $699,725.75 Engineers Estimate $561,145.00 WHEREAS, Standard Contracting, Inc. of Hampton, MN is the lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications; and WHEREAS, the City’s engineering consultant recommends awarding the project to Standard Contracting, Inc. of Hampton, MN. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that: 1. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the Total Bid, including Reaches 1 & 2 and Reach 3 with Standard Contracting, Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth for the improvement of the area generally located from Plymouth Creek Park to Annapolis Lane, a distance of approximately 2,500 liner feet, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $399,053.69. 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. 3. Funding for this project shall be from the Plymouth Water Resources Fund. APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of November, 2017.
