R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-341
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE M ODIFIED W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN
FOR C REEKSIDE H ILLS 2 ND A DDITION
S ECTION 7, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, Creekside Hills Development, Inc. proposes to mitigate for wetland impacts
associated with the Creekside Hills 2nd Addition residential development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Creekside Hills 2nd Addition residential
development shall be in the form of 6,002 square feet (0.14 acre) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the original replacement plan was approved on April 25, 2017 for the
purchase of 0.14 acres of Type 1 wetland from wetland bank #1444; and
WHEREAS, the modified replacement plan proposes a purchase of 0.14 acres of Type 2
wetland from wetland bank #1375; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the modified Wetland Replacement Plan application for the Creekside Hills 2nd
Addition residential development is approved and subject to the following condition:
1. Prior to wetland impacts, the developer shall submit a fully executed Application for
Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of November, 2017.
