AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMIT PROCEDURES AND FEES
AND AMENDING SECTIONS 1015.19, 1015.21, AND 1015.23
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 1015.19 is amended to read:
1015.19. Water and Sanitary Sewer Permit Fees. Water and sanitary sewer permit
fees are as follows:
(a) Residential Water wee Mater
Sec. 2. The Plymouth City Code, Section 1015.21 is amended to read:
1015.21 Other Permit Fees and Charges. The fees and charges for other activities
requiring a permit under this Code are set by this Subsection under the following
headings:
Connection Fee
$25 plus cost of meter
(b)
Commercial Water
Connection Fee
$35 plus cost of meter
(c)
For larger size connections
$35 plus cost of meter in
relation to its size
(d)
Water turn-off/tum-on charge
1) During regular business hours

Sec. 2. The Plymouth City Code, Section 1015.21 is amended to read:
