AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER X
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
REGARDING LICENSE FEES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter X, Section 1010 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby
amended by eliminating sauna requirements from this section of the code and adding license
fees for sexually oriented businesses as follows:
1015.21 Other Permit Fees and Charges. The fees and charges for other activities
requiring a permit under this Code are set by this Subsection under the following headings:

Search Requests
Dog Impoundment
House Moving
(a) Basic Fee
(b) Traffic Officer Stand-by
(c) Inspector
Massage Therapist Certification
Massage Therapy Center License
Sexually Oriented Business - Primary
On premises uses
Off premises uses
Investigation fee
Sexually Oriented Business - Accessory
Emptying contents of Individual
Sewage Disposal Systems into
Municipal Sanitary Sewer System
Fee or Charge
$ 12, $ 15 if Faxed

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective ninety (90) days after
its passage and publication according to law.
