AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 12TH AVENUE
AND FERNDALE ROAD (96038)
THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
The north 270 feet of the west 453 feet of the northwest quarter of
Section 31, Township 118, Range 22, and the south 30 feet of the west
453 feet of the southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 4, 1996.
