ORDINANCE NO. 96-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF COUNTY
ROAD 6 AND I-494 (96075)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from I-1 (Planned
Industrial District) to B-3 (Service Business District) with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
Lot 1, Block 1, Minneapolis Industrial Park 5th Addition.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 2" day of October 1996.
