ORDINANCE NO. 96-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER Il OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
EXPENDITURES FOR TRAINING AND CONFERENCES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter H of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding
Section 215 to read as follows:
Section 215 - Council Training and Conference Expenditures
215.01. Budget. The City Council shall annually establish a training and
conference budget for City Council members.
215.03. Expenditures. No City Council member may spend more than one-third
of the annual Council Training and Conference Budget, including travel and lodging
expenses, without the advance approval of the City Council.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 18' day of September, 1996.
