CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed on the consent agenda* are considered to be routine by the Environmental Quality
Committee and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items
unless a Committee member, or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from
the consent agenda and considered in normal sequence on the agenda.

Enclosed you will find a check for the quarterly payment of the 2017 Cable Capital Grant in the amount of
$15,971.59.
The grant, to be paid quarterly, is comprised of a flat grant to each city plus a proportional grant determined by
the number of subscribers within each city. The schedule for these payments will be January 301h, April 30th,
July 30"' and October 30th. If the 30th lands on a weekend the payment will be sent prior to the 301.

City seeks applicants for commissions and committees
Plymouth, Minn. — The City of Plymouth is accepting applications for committee and commission seats
that advise the City Council. Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20. The City Council will
interview applicants and make appointments later this year for terms beginning in early 2018.
The city has openings on the Environmental Quality Committee, Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
and Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.

Dear Property Owner:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, this letter is to inform you of a request
by Pro Connect Coaching Academy LLC, under File No. 2017093, for a conditional use permit to
allow indoor commercial recreation (soccer training facility) in the I-2 (general industrial) zoning
district for property located at 2650 East Center Circle. Under the plan, no exterior changes are
proposed. A map showing the location of the property is provided below.
Hennepin County records indicate your property is located within 500 feet of the site of this proposal.

Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in the Council Chambers
