The grant, to be paid quarterly, is comprised of a flat grant to each city plus a proportional grant determined by the number of subscribers within each city. The schedule for these payments will be January 301h, April 30th, July 30"' and October 30th. If the 30th lands on a weekend the payment will be sent prior to the 301. Your payment breaks down as follows: 2017 Flat Grant 2017 Proportional Grant Annual Total: Total divided by 4 = CITY OF PLYMOUTH $18,728.00 $45,158.35 6 886.35 $15,971.59 per quarter Please note that the actual dollar amounts of these grants change each year depending on the number of cable subscribers. Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20. The City Council will interview applicants and make appointments later this year for terms beginning in early 2018.
