AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF
HIGHWAY 169 AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD (96044)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from B-1 (Office
Limited Business District) to B-3 (Service Business District) with respect to the
hereinafter described property:
Lot 2, Block 1, Epiphany Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 18th day of September, 1996.
