AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO COUNCIL SALARIES
AMENDING SECTION 205 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. The Plymouth City Code, Section 205 is amended to read:
205.01. Salaries of Mayor and Councilmembers. Subdivision 1.
Mayor. The salary of the Mayor is $716.67 per month.
Subd. 2. Councilmembers. The salary of a Councilmember is $525
per month.
205.03. Health and Dental Benefits. Hospital, medical, surgical, and
dental insurance benefits shall be made available to the Mayor and individual
Council Members in an amount equal to eantributieft Wes paid by the Gity fef
the entire cost.
Sec. 2 This ordinance is effective on January 1, 1999, and upon its passage and
publication in accordance with Section 110.11 and state statutes.
Adopted by the City Council on August 21, 1996.
