ORDINANCE NO. 96-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF 39TH AVENUE AND WEST OF
DUNKIRK LANE (96005)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R-113 (Low Density Residential District) with
respect to the hereinafter described property:
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 118,
North Range 22, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying North of a line drawn from
a point on the East line thereof distance 659 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof
to a point on the West line thereof 651.7 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof
and Outlot B, Holly Creek 4th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 26, 1996.
