ORDINANCE NO. 96-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 16440 OLD ROCKFORD ROAD (96056)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing
the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted
Development District) to R-lA (Low Density Single Family Residential District) with
respect to the hereinafter described property:
That part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 118,
Range 22 west of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying northerly of County Road No. 9,
described as commencing at the southeast corner of said northwest quarter of northeast
quarter; thence north along the east line of said northwest quarter of northeast quarter a
distance of 795.77 feet; thence deflecting 91 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds left along a
line hereinafter called "Line A" a distance of 106.84 feet to the actual point of beginning;
thence deflecting 54 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds left a distance of 644.21 feet to the
centerline of County Road No. 9; thence northwesterly along said centerline a distance of
276.38 feet; thence deflecting 47 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds right a distance of 370.72
feet to a point on the westerly extension of "Line A" thence easterly along said "Line A"
to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 19, 1996.
