ORDINANCE NO. 96-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XII OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING SALE,
CONSUMPTION, AND DISPLAY OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter XII of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding
Section 1206.47 to read:
1206.45 Conditions of Approval.
At the time a license or license renewal is issued pursuant to this Chapter or a
consumption and display permit is approved, the City Council may attach special
conditions to the approval based upon the nature of the business, the location of the
business, and verified complaints, if any, to protect the health, safety, welfare, and
quietude of the community and assure harmony with the location where the business is
located.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
