AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTHWEST OF T.H. 55 AND PEONY LANE
(96037)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) to B-3 (Service Business) with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
Tract E, Registered Land Survey No. 187, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin, except the southwesterly 112.5 feet thereof.
Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1091, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin, except that part thereof lying north of a line drawn from the most southerly
corner of Tract A, said Registered land Survey, to a point on the east line of said Tract
B, distant 219.41 feet south from the northeast corner of said Tract A.
That part of the east 33 feet of the east half of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 118, Range 22, lying southerly of the easterly
extension of a line drawn from the most southerly corner of Tract A, Registered Land
Survey No. 1091, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, to a point on the
east line of Tract B, said Registered Land Survey, distant 219.41 feet south from the
northeast corner of said Tract A.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council on June 5, 1996.
