ORDINANCE NO. 96- 11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND WEST OF
URBANDALE LANE (96041)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
That part of Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 30, Township 118 North, Range 22,
west of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at the
intersection of the south line of said 802.56 feet of said Government Lot 5; thence on
an assumed bearing of North and parallel with the east line of said Government Lot 5 a
distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning of the property being described; thence
continuing on an assumed bearing of north a distance of 654.00 feet; thence south 66
degrees, 29 minutes west a distance of 46.2 feet; thence south 70 degrees, 54 minutes
west a distance of 272.48 feet; thence south 22 degrees, 10 minutes west to an
intersection with a line bearing north 85 degrees west from the point of beginning;
thence south 85 degrees east to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 5, 1996.
