AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CHESHIRE
LANE AND CARLSON PARKWAY (95133)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from B-2 (Shopping
Center Business) to I-1 (Planned Industrial) with respect to the hereinafter described
property:
South part of Outlot D, Carlson Center Second Addition.
Section 2. Effective Date, This Ordinance shall take effect its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of March 1996.
