R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-326
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING M EMORANDUM OF U NDERSTANDING AND H OLD
H ARMLESS A GREEMENT FOR W INTER F ARMERS M ARKET
WHEREAS, Bachman’s, located at 10050 Sixth Avenue North, and the City have a joint interest in
operating an indoor Winter Farmers Market in partnership for the 2017-2018 season; and
WHEREAS, the dates of the Farmers Market will be Sunday, November 5, 2017,
Saturday, January 13, 2018, Saturday, February 10, 2018 and Saturday, March 10, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the attached Memorandum of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreement
have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, Bachman’s has reviewed and agreed to the Memorandum of Understanding
and Hold Harmless Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Memorandum of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreement between
Bachman’s and the City for the indoor Winter Farmers Market is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of October, 2017.
