C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-324
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING N AME FOR N EIGHBORHOOD P ARK AS H ARVEST P ARK
WHEREAS, the City has acquired parkland at 18101 61st Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the neighborhood park property will serve the developments of Fields at Meadow
Ridge and Preserve at Meadow Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the site characteristics include include a flat green space with a pond and was
formerly farmland; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed name options for this park
and recommended the name Harvest Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the name of Harvest Park for the neighborhood park at 18101 61st Avenue North is
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of October, 2017.
