AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
LAND SITUATED NORTH OF 18TH AVENUE AND APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET
WEST OF KIRKWOOD LANE, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 12300 -18TH AVENUE
NORTH (95127)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing
the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from R -IA (Low Density Single
Family Residential District) to R-3 (Medium Density Multiple Residence District) with
respect to the 9.8 -acre tract of land situated north of 18th Avenue and approximately 200
feet west of Kirkwood Lane, generally located at 12300 -18th Avenue North, legally
described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, WORD OF LIFE ADDITION, except that
part described as beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
Block 1, FOX FOREST; thence south 89 degrees 48 minutes
33 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the North line
thereof a distance of 230.87 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Lot 4; thence North 22 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds
West a distance of 60 feet; thence South 75 degrees 16
minutes 38 seconds West a distance of 214.75 feet to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council on February 21, 1996.
