ORDINANCE NO. 96-2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'S
ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING PROVISIONS
REQUIRING CONSISTENCY WITH THE
CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of the City's Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding
Subdivision 1 to provide as follows:
SUBDIVISION I. CONFLICT WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
The City shall not adopt or approve any official controls as defined in Minn. Stat.
§ 462.358, Subd. 15, site plans or amendments thereto, conditional use permit or
amendments thereto, planned unit development or amendments thereto, interim uses or
amendments thereto, or subdivision which is in conflict with the City's Comprehensive
Plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.

1996.
