PRESENT: Chairman Jeff Kulaszewicz, Commissioners Michelle Soderberg, Marty McCarthy, Katie Black and Robert Huddleston
STAFF PRESENT: HRA Manager Jim Barnes

1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Kulaszewicz called the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approve HRA Meeting Minutes for May 11, 2017. B. Plymouth Towne Square. Accept Monthly Housing Report.
C. Vicksburg Crossing. Accept Monthly Housing Report.
D. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Accept 2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
MOTION by Commissioner Soderberg, seconded by Commissioner McCarthy, to approve the
consent agenda. Vote. 5 Ayes. MOTION passed unanimously. 3. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Kulaszewicz adjourned the meeting at 7:02 p.m. Vote. 5 Ayes. Motion approved
unanimously.
