R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION
OF P AYLESS F UEL I NC. D/B/A S AMI’S S TOP
WHEREAS, Payless Fuel Inc. has made application for a Tobacco License at Sami’s Stop located at
9605 36th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, this is an existing business that currently has a Tobacco License and is only a change
in ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application of Payless Fuel Inc. d/b/a Sami’s Stop located at 9605
36th Avenue North for a term to expire December 31, 2017 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of September, 2017.
