Special Council Meeting
August 15, 2017
Mayor Slavik called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on August 15, 2017.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Slavik, Councilmembers Davis, Prom, Carroll, Wosje, Willis, and
Johnson.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Fischer, Public
Works Director Thompson, Economic Development Manager Parr, Finance Manager Bursheim,
Supervising Accountant McMackins, Park and Recreation Director Evans, Deputy Director of
Park and Recreation Northway, Human Resources Manager Kone, City Engineer Renneberg,
Public Safety Director Goldstein, Community Development Director Juetten, Fire Chief Koppa,
and City Clerk Engdahl.
Budeet/Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
Staff discussed the proposed budget with the Council. Discussion on the CIP would occur at the
August 22 budget/CIP study session. The Council requested follow-up items relative to the
budget for the August 22 study session.
Adiournment
Mayor Slavik adjourned the meeting at 9:25 p.m.
