R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” ON THE N ORTH S IDE OF 54 A VENUE
FROM C OUNTY R OAD 101 TO 15 F EET E AST OF Y ELLOWSTONE L ANE AND ON THE
TH
S OUTH S IDE OF 54 A VENUE FROM C OUNTY R OAD 101 TO A LVARADO L ANE

WHEREAS, 54 Avenue between County Road 101 and 15 feet east of Yellowstone Lane will be
constructed as a major collector roadway; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Aid rules, parking shall be restricted on the north side of
th
54 Avenue; and
th
WHEREAS, to install three lanes of traffic on 54 Avenue between County Road 101 and
Alvarado Lane, parking shall be restricted within this area on both sides of the street; and
th
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on 54 Avenue is not needed to serve the
immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,

MINNESOTA, that it authorizes the installation of “No Parking” signs on the north side of 54 Avenue
th
from County Road 101 to 15 feet east of Yellowstone Lane and on the south side of 54 Avenue from
County Road 101 to Alvarado Lane.
