R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-246
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE S UB-GRANT A GREEMENT WITH THE
B ASSETT C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT C OMMISSION FOR THE
P LYMOUTH C REEK S TREAM R ESTORATION P ROJECT (16007)
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission has received grant
funding in the amount of $400,000 from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources
(BWSR) and $50,000 from Hennepin County for the Plymouth Creek Stream Restoration, City
Project No. 16007; and
WHEREAS, a Sub-grant Agreement has been prepared by the Bassett Creek Watershed
Management Commission in reference to the Plymouth Creek Stream Restoration Project; and
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission will pass a portion of
the grant funds received from BWSR and Hennepin County to the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1. The Sub-grant Agreement with the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement on the
City’s behalf.
