R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-245
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDED F INAL P LAT FOR R OCK H ILL
M ANAGEMENT, LLC FOR A GORA (2016075-F)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a final plat for Rock Hill Management, LLC, for the Agora
development on February 14, 2017, by City of Plymouth Resolution No. 2017-070; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has supplied an amended final plat document correcting minor errors
in the legal description of the Final Plat and demonstrating that the final plat remains in compliance with
the terms of the preliminary plat, City Resolution No. 2017-022 and that it continues to meet design
standards and other provisions of preliminary plat approvals; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all of the comments and the staff report, which are
incorporated by reference into the resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the amendment to the final plat is consistent with
the requirements of the City’s Subdivision Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the corrected Final Plat legal description for Rock Hill Management, LLC for Agora is
approved and all conditions of City Resolution No. 2017-070 related to the approval of the final plat are
incorporated herein.
