R ESOLUTION A PPROVING B REWER T APROOM L ICENSE
A PPLICATION OF C ARGILL, I NC., 14800 28 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Cargill, Inc. has submitted a brewer taproom license application property located at
14800 28th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, required certificates of insurance and investigation and pro-rated license fees have
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,

MINNESOTA that the brewer taproom license application of Cargill, Inc., 14800 28 Avenue North, is
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2017.
