R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSE
A PPLICATIONS OF GC 8028 LLC, D/B/A K AI & I,
3355 P LYMOUTH B OULEVARD #180
WHEREAS, GC 8028 LLC, d/b/a Kai & I, has submitted wine and 3.2 percent malt liquor license
applications for property located at 3355 Plymouth Boulevard #180; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, required certificates of insurance and investigation and pro-rated license fees have
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the wine and 3.2 percent malt liquor license applications of GC 8028 LLC, d/b/a Kai & I,
3355 Plymouth Boulevard #180, are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of June, 2017.
