R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD FROM P EONY L ANE TO F ERNBROOK M ILL AND O VERLAY P ROJECT

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 28th day of March, 2017, which fixed a date for
a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Schmidt Lake Road from Peony Lane to Fernbrook Lane by
edge mill and overlay of bituminous pavement, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, water repair, sewer
repair, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held thereon May 23, 2017, at which all persons desiring to be heard will be given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 23, 2017.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement from
the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
