R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-188
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A N EW 2017 S OLID W ASTE H AULER L ICENSE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Minnesota Dumpster Service LLC for a 2017
Solid Waste Hauler License.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the attached license is approved for the period April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018,
with the following conditions:
1. All required license fees have been paid; and
2. All required documentation, reports, bonds, and certificates have been submitted; and
3. Proof of current worker compensation insurance, and general liability insurance have been
provided.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of May, 2017.
