RESOLUTION No. 2017-178
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE LAND SURVEYOR
CERTIFICATES OF CORRECTION FOR TWO PLATS
(2015113-F AND 2016009-F)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Sec. 505.174, licensed land surveyors
have prepared Land Surveyor's Certificates of Correction; and
WHEREAS, the Land Surveyor's Certificates of Correction as prepared now indicate the
corrected issues for the plat for The Preserve at Meadow Ridge that was recorded on September 8,
2016 in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota as Document No. 10353089
and the plat for Camelot Nine at Begin that was recorded on October 14, 2016 in the office of the
County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota as Document No. 10368389.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the Land Surveyor's Certificates
of Correction for The Preserve at Meadow Ridge and Camelot Nine at Begin.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 9th day of May, 2017.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on
