C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-167
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A GORA D EVELOPMENT
P ARK AND R IDE F ACILITY C ONCEPT P LAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is working in partnership with the Rock Hill Management for a Park and
Ride Facility associated with the Agora Development; and
WHEREAS, as part of this agreement, the developer will construct the Park and Ride Facility and the City
will acquire the ramp after construction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth maintains reviews authority at the concept planning stage, plans and
specifications stage, bid award stage, and final acceptance stage; and
WHEREAS, the concept approval sought by the developer will be narrowly applied to the development
of plans and specifications and is not intended to apply to any other development component.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
the concept plan for the Agora Park and Ride Facility is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of April, 2017.
