R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-139
R ESOLUTION R ENEWING J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT
WITH THE C ITY OF S T. P AUL FOR F IRE T RAINING F ACILITY
WHEREAS, the St. Paul and Plymouth Fire Departments wish to detail the terms of use of St.
Paul’s Fire training facility located at 1683 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul, MN by the Plymouth Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties have hereinafter set forth the terms of said use by the Plymouth
Fire Department.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the renewal of the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. Paul for use of the St.
Paul Fire Department Training Facility at 1683 Energy Park Drive is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of April, 2017.
