R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING M UNICIPAL S TATE A ID S TREETS
A DDITION OF MSAS 206 45 TH/46 TH A VENUES - Z ACHARY L ANE TO N ATHAN L ANE AND
MSAS 207 22 ND A VENUE - D UNKIRK L ANE TO V ICKSBURG L ANE
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota
that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid (MSA) streets under
the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
Addition of MSAS 206 45th/46th Avenues from Zachary Lane to Nathan Lane and MSAS 207
22nd Avenue from Dunkirk Lane to Vicksburg Lane be, and are established, located, and
designated Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Plymouth subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized and directed forthwith to forward
two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and
that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the same be constructed,
improved, and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets.
