R ESOLUTION O RDERING P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORT FOR THE
S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD FROM P EONY L ANE TO F ERNBROOK L ANE M ILL AND O VERLAY
P ROJECT, C ITY P ROJECT N O. ST179002.001
WHEREAS, the 2017-2012 Capital Improvement Program made
recommendations for the Schmidt Lake Road from Peony Lane to Fernbrook Lane Mill
and Overlay Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine
the work required the street recommended to be considered for the Schmidt Lake Road from
Peony Lane to Fernbrook Lane Mill and Overlay Project, City Project No. ST179002.001; and
WHEREAS, Schmidt Lake Road from Peony Lane to Fernbrook Lane is the
recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is hereby instructed to prepare a
Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
