R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-122
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE V ACATION OF D RAINAGE AND U TILITY E ASEMENT
IN O UTLOT C, C AMELOT N INE AT B EGIN
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for March 28, 2017, in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of March 28, 2017; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council held a public hearing on March 28, 2017 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of an easement for drainage and utility purposes in Outlot C, Camelot
Nine at Begin; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement was not needed for public
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following drainage and utility easement be vacated:
Drainage and Utility easement over all of Outlot C, Camelot Nine at Begin according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the recording of the vacation resolution shall be accomplished
with, but prior to the recording of Camelot Nine at Begin 2nd Addition Plat.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of March, 2017.
