R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSE
A PPLICATIONS OF S AI B USINESS S OLUTIONS I NC. D/B/A K ADAI I NDIAN K ITCHEN,
3195 D V ICKSBURG L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Sai Business Solutions Inc. d/b/a Kadai Indian Kitchen, has submitted wine and 3.2
percent malt liquor license applications for property located at 3195 D Vicksburg Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, required certificates of insurance and investigation and pro-rated license fees have
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the wine and 3.2 percent malt liquor license applications of Sai Business Solutions Inc.
d/b/a Kadai Indian Kitchen, 3195 D Vicksburg Lane North, are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of March, 2017.
