R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-120
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2017 S OLID W ASTE H AULER L ICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for 2017 Solid Waste Hauler Licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the attached licenses are approved for issuance for the period April 1, 2017 through
March 31, 2018, with the following conditions:
1. All required license fees have been paid by March 31, 2017; and
2. All required documentation, reports, bonds, and certificates have been submitted by March
31, 2017; and
3. Proof of worker compensation insurance where applicable, and general liability insurance
have been provided by March 31, 2017.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of March, 2017.
