R ESOLUTION A DOPTING A MENDED A SSESSMENT FOR
ND
PID 05-118-22-22-0066 PART OF T HE P INES AT E LM C REEK 2 AND E LM C REEK P LACE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the property owner waiving their rights to a special assessment hearing for trunk
sanitary sewer and water main for The Pines at Elm Creek 2nd and Elm Creek Meadows (now called Elm Creek
Place) developments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted assessments per Resolution No. 2016-280 for The Pines at Elm
Creek 2nd on September 22, 2015 and Resolution No. 2016-250 for Elm Creek Meadows; and
WHEREAS, PID 05-118-22-22-0066 was inadvertently assessed for trunk sanitary sewer and water main
for both developments and $29,992.09 should be removed from their assessment and the property owner has
waived their right to the hearing for to amend the assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the amended assessments are accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the
proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the property tax lists of the County.
