R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F ILLING OF W ETLANDS
AND THE W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION
FOR THE S UMMERS E DGE P HASE III
NW ¼ S ECTION 18, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, Summergate Companies, LLC proposes to mitigate for wetland impacts associated
with the Summers Edge Phase III development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Summers Edge Phase III development shall be in
the form of 74,054 square feet (1.7072 acre) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the
Summers Edge Phase III development is approved and subject to the following condition:
1. Prior to wetland impacts, the developer shall submit a fully executed Application for
Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
