C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-083
R ESOLUTION W ITHDRAWING A PPROVAL OF THE C ONTRACT FOR
R EFURBISHING OF Z ACHARY W ATER T OWER (15003)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with SEH Design/Build, Inc. to complete a
refurbishment of the Zachary Water Tower on November 29, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City and SEH were finalizing the agreement at the time the Council approved the
work; and
WHEREAS, the final agreement did not meet the City’s requirements and thus was not executed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA the contract with SEH Design/Build, Inc., approved on November 29, 2016, is
hereby withdrawn.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of February, 2017.
