R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-079
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE P URCHASE OF A R EPLACEMENT
16’ M OWER (CE-17-5004)
WHEREAS, the approved 2017-2021 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Central Equipment
budget include funds for an replacement 16’ Mower (#5004); and
WHEREAS, the City may make purchases off the State of Minnesota contracts; and
WHEREAS, MTI Distributing has a contract with the state for a 16’ mower meeting the
city’s specifications, Contract #120535; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the purchase of one current model 16’ mower from MTI Distributing for $103,425.76
is hereby approved.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, funding shall be from the Central Equipment Budget (600-70-760-
76001-8100.500)
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of February, 2017.
