R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-061
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INAL P AYMENT TO H ENNEPIN C OUNTY
FOR CSAH 101 E XPANSION P ROJECT (5102E)
WHEREAS, the City entered into Agreement No. PW 07-17-06 with Hennepin County for the
expansion of CSAH 101 from south of 13th Avenue to 30th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the agreement contemplated cost sharing on construction, engineering and right-of-
way acquisition costs; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has submitted a final invoice to the City for their share of the final
construction, engineering and right-of-way acquisition costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that;
1. Final payment to Hennepin County for the city share of construction, engineering
and right-of-way acquisition costs in the amount of $488,837.80 is approved.
2. Funding for this project will be from Special Assessments ($409,201.82), the Water
Fund ($556,764.62), the Sewer Fund ($89,913.37) and Municipal State Aid
($3,145,434.11).
