R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-059
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING B ID FOR
2017 S TREET S WEEPING P ROGRAM (17018)
WHEREAS, two bids were received for the 2017 Street Sweeping Program, City Project
No. 17018; bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received:

Reliakor Services, Inc. $115,000.00 $113.00
Precision Sealcoating, Inc. $120,895.25 $239.75
WHEREAS, Reliakor Services, Inc., of Shakopee, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
contract with Reliakor Services, Inc. of Shakopee, MN in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the 2017 Street Sweeping Program, City Project No. 17018, according
to the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount
of $115,000.00 and $113.00 per mile for optional street sweeping.
2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return the deposits made with the
bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
3) Funding is hereby approved from the Water Resources Fund as follows:
510-70-751-75100-7500.111 $115,000.00
510-70-751-75100-7500.111 Not to exceed $145,000.00
