R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-054
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDED J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT
FOR THE N ORTH METRO R ANGE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is a current member of the North Metro Range; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement was amended to include the City of Brooklyn
Park; and
WHEREAS, there is no additional budget impact under this amended Joint Powers
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the amended Joint Powers Agreement for the North Metro Range is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of February, 2017.
