R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R ENEWAL OF 3.2 M ALT O N-S ALE AND O FF-S ALE L IQUOR,
O FF-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR, O N-S ALE AND S UNDAY I NTOXICATING L IQUOR,
AND W INE L ICENSES FOR 2017
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the attached licenses are approved for issuance for the period
February 1, 2017, through January 31, 2018, with the following conditions:
1. All required license fees have been paid by January 31, 2017; and
2. Any fines for 2016 compliance check failures have been paid by January 31,
2017; and
3. Proof of worker compensation, general liability, and liquor liability insurance,
and dram shop insurance exemptions where applicable have been provided by
January 31, 2017.
