R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-044
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO C ITY P OLICIES
REGARDING R ENTALS AND P ARK F ACILITY F EES
WHEREAS, on January 12, 2017, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission (PRAC)
recommended various City polices be amended and/or repealed; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendments for City policies for Bass Lake Shelter, Hilde Performance
Center, Parkers Lake North Picnic Shelter, and Parkers Lake Pavilion have been presented to the City
Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, PRAC has proposed that the Parkers Lake Stage Policy be eliminated due to
site/space restraints.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that amendments to City policies for Bass Lake Shelter, Hilde Performance Center, Parkers
Lake North Picnic Shelter, and Parkers Lake Pavilion are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parkers Lake Stage Policy is repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of January, 2017.
