R ESOLUTION N O. 2017-029
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T ERMINATION AND R ELEASE OF R AIN G ARDEN
M AINTENANCE A GREEMENT FOR F OUR S EASONS M ALL (8629989)
WHEREAS, City staff is requesting to terminate and release the Agreement Regarding a Rain
Garden, dated July 19, 2005 and recorded on August 9, 2005 as Document Number 8629989 in the
office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division has determined that the request is eligible.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the request to terminate and release the rain garden agreement for Four Seasons
Mall is hereby granted:
1) The rain garden agreement for Four Seasons Mall is terminated.
2) The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Termination and Release of Rain
Garden Agreement.
3) Recording of the resolution and the Termination and Release of Rain Garden Agreement
shall be accomplished with, but prior to the recording of Agora Plat.
