R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING D ONATION FROM THE
W AYZATA Y OUTH H OCKEY A SSOCIATION FOR M ISCELLANEOUS
I MPROVEMENTS AT THE P LYMOUTH I CE C ENTER
WHEREAS, it has been the history of Plymouth Park and Recreation to form partnerships with
youth sports associations to improve parks and facilities within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, these partnerships provide the opportunity to achieve what may otherwise
not be achieved; and
WHEREAS, the City very much appreciates and values these relationships, specifically,
the great partnership with Plymouth Wayzata Youth Hockey Association; and
WHEREAS, Wayzata Youth Hockey Association (WYHA) is donating $12,957 for two water bottle
fill stations and improvements to the officials locker-room at the Plymouth Ice Center (PIC).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Wayzata Youth Hockey Association (WYHA) donation of $12,957 for two water
bottle fill stations and improvements to the officials’ locker room at the Plymouth Ice Center (PIC) is
accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of January, 2017.
